I have been in the health insurance claims field for 20 years and am interested in starting an at home consulting business where I can field calls/questions from people who are having problems with their insurance, (claims appeals, denials, bills, collections etc.) and have no clue where to start.. any ideas would be appreciated! Keene is right that you should think of starting a new forum or website related to it. Because it is the only way people will come to know about you and they can easily ask the solutions for their problems..!!
ok first of all in order to think to do this you must have knowledge about legal stuff in order to advise someone or help him. second the best think that you have to do is to start a website so the people know more about you but this is not enough.. i mean there is no reason to have a website and you be in the last page of google no one gona find you right? so you need a website with strong authority name in order to succeed because you want to have customers for your servises right? its difficult to do it by yourself website,domains,autoresponders,server to build you bissiness make sense? if you want i have a website with all done for you i don't put the link here because its against the rules but you can email me at jimbardim@yahoo.gr (its not promotion or anything like that). but i tell you again in order to advise someone about claims and this kind of stuff you must have the proper knowledge.
if you have the knowledge a good market is for the people that they have plan for their retirments but some companys scam them and they need help to claim their money back.. huge market there :) i hope this helps and clear some things (form what you should do to build your biz)!
